Shipping Policy

Dear customer, please note that our Fulfillment Team at ApolloBazaar LLC generally needs 1–2 business days after you have placed your order to prepare it and ensure everything looks perfect before shipping. Your shipping timeframe will begin only once your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Please understand that shipping speeds are beyond our control as they depend entirely on the carrier and the shipping option you selected during checkout.

At times, carriers may experience special circumstances that result in delays — such as high order volumes during holidays, extreme weather conditions, or staffing shortages. In these situations, tracking updates and deliveries may take longer than usual, and our Customer Support team may not have additional details beyond what is shown on your tracking page. We sincerely appreciate your patience while your carrier works to get your order delivered. You can always contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for more accurate, up-to-date information.

Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as “Delivered” even if it hasn’t arrived yet. If this occurs, please wait a couple of days, check with neighbors or nearby addresses in case it was delivered incorrectly, and then reach out to us if it still hasn’t arrived.

To safeguard your purchase, we highly recommend adding the Route Package Protection option available on our website during checkout. This helps protect you against lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
